These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation platform and membership services.
By accessing or using the Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and members of the Platform.
To register as a member, you must:
Membership applications are subject to approval by the Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation committee. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
We offer multiple membership tiers — Free, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each providing different levels of access to platform features. Detailed plan benefits are listed on the Plans page. Plans are subject to change; existing members will be notified of material changes.
Membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Memberships must be renewed annually. We will send reminder notifications before expiry. Lapsed memberships lose access to premium features until renewed.
As a member, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, profile information, etc.) but grant Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and use that content in connection with operating the Platform and providing services to members.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
The matrimonial and community features are provided for the benefit of our members and their families. You agree to use these features in good faith and with genuine intent. Any misuse — including deception, harassment, or commercial exploitation — will result in immediate account suspension.
Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of matrimonial profiles or the outcome of introductions made through the Platform.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Punjabi Seva Samaj Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner harmful to the community. No refund will be issued for suspended accounts.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@punjabisamaj.org.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
